You may not:
- Republish our full recipes, photographs, or articles without prior written permission.
- Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Content for public distribution.
- Use any Content for commercial purposes (e.g., selling cookbooks, monetized blogs, or mobile apps) without licensing.
If you would like to license Content for commercial use or request syndication rights, please contact [email protected].

We allow bloggers, media outlets, and other websites to quote up to 75 words of any recipe post provided that:
- Clear attribution is given to Liily Kitchen; and

Excerpts exceeding 75 words, or copying of entire recipes, photographs, or videos, is prohibited without express permission.
4. User‑Generated Content (UGC)
When you submit comments, reviews, photos, or other content (“UGC”) to the Site, you retain ownership of your contributions. However, by posting UGC you grant Liily Kitchen a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such UGC in any media.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license and that your UGC does not infringe any third‑party rights.
